How does the 10-year warranty work?
Wir geben auf alle unsere Produkte der Kategorie Splitgeräte eine 10 Jahres Garantie! Wieso? Wir kennen unserer Produkte und wissen, dass sie sogar länger als 10 Jahre im Einsatz sein können. Damit das allerdings auch hält, benötigt es eine saubere Wartung und korrekten Unterhalt der Klimageräte. Mit unserem «Service Paket» warten wir die Geräte jährlich und stellen sicher, dass alles so funktioniert wie es sollte.
The Service package amounts to 7% of the purchase price (device price, excl. core drilling, etc.) per year and per device.
Annual maintenance is not only important to maintain the warranty, but also ensures that the appliances are used correctly and are therefore safe to use.
What happens if the device stops working?
We will come by and take a close look at the appliance. If the air conditioner cannot be repaired, we will replace and install the appliance for you without discussion.
What is it like without a service contract?
Even without the service contract, you naturally have a 2-year warranty on all our products!
